Job overview and responsibilities:

The Nuclear Site Security Shift Captain is a site-based position that reports directly to the Site Security Manager.
The focus of this role is to plan, organize, direct, and supervise a security shift to ensure compliance with NRC regulatory commitments and responsible for the overall implementation of the operations side of the security program. Job Responsibilities:
Safely and comfortably transport guests.

Communicate and coordinate with marina Manager and Assistant Manager regarding safety concerns and policies.

Job Requirements:
Prior work with Boats, preferably in a Marina setting
Current First Aid, CPR and AED certifications with accredited agency
Hold a valid 50 ton USCG masters license
Strong Verbal English
Pass a practical on the water exam, covering boat operations, boat handling, safety procedures, emergency procedures, and environmental operations.
Ability to remain calm during any crisis that may arise and exhibit leadership and presence of mind
Must be able to immediately respond to alarms from passengers or other boats without losing leadership composure
Must be able to perform maintenance duties on the deck and in the bridges of the boats

The Nuclear Site Security Shift Captain is a site-based position that reports directly to the Site Security Manager.
The focus of this role is to plan, organize, direct, and supervise a security shift to ensure compliance with NRC regulatory commitments and responsible for the overall implementation of the operations side of the security program. * 1 year of Airline Operations experience
* Must be able to work any shift/any day including holidays
* Must pass DOT background and DOT drug screen
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
* Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
* Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 1 year of FAR Part 121 Dispatch or closely relevant experience (i.e. Pilot, ATC, etc.)
* International Dispatch experience
* Experience working as a dispatcher for another airline
The starting rate for this role is $7,671 per month.
This is also a bonus eligible position (i.e. profit sharing).
