Work is performed under the general direction of the Facility Manager and Catering Chef, with some latitude for independent judgment. Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour Major Duties/Specific Tasks Ensure the proper execution of catering proposals for weddings and high-end social catered events. Provide on-site event supervision of the facility and catering staff during catered events. Participate in pre-event meetings with the facility manager to review catering proposals, floorplans, and timelines. Ensure facility cleanliness prior to and during the event. Meet and greet guests in friendly and professional manner. Coordinate with the day of point-of-contact on all aspects of the event. Coordinate catering details with kitchen and service staff. Direct and participate in the set-up and breakdown of seating tables and chairs, client provided decor, and food and bar services. Ensure proper health code compliance and sanitation standards throughout the event. Train, supervise, and direct catering bartenders, servers and dishwashers. Provide guidance and motivation to catering service staff. Ensure catering service staff arrives at assigned times. Ensure staff arrives in proper uniforms and adheres to grooming and hygiene standards. Maintain constant communication with kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders. Adhere to set timelines and communicate any changes to the day of point of contact, kitchen staff, and service staff Examine quality of food prior to distributing to event guests. Ability to handle alcoholic beverages. Ensure proper delivery and bussing of food and beverages items in a timely manner. Monitor bar service to ensure adherence to state alcohol laws. Ability to provide quick decision making. Communicate with management in a timely manner regarding any event concerns that require additional guidance. Ensure proper guests departure. Ensure proper post-event breakdown and clean-up in a timely manner. Knowledge of emergency response procedures. Write post-event reports detailing event execution for management review. Confirm that the facility is correctly armed and locked at the end of the event. Carry out additional duties as assigned by Management Staff. Minimum Qualifications Must be age 21 or over. Duties and responsibilities are outlined below: Captain: Reports to: The Captain reports to the General Manager or his/her designated representative. Supervises: The Captain is required to supervise all crewmembers of the vessel to which he/she is assigned. Description of Duties: 14/14 schedule in Baltimore, MD Master of a tug or towing vessel. Vessel Security Officer (VSO) in charge of implementing and maintaining the AWO Alternative Security Program. The successful candidate will ensure efficient and timely dispatching of resources to meet patient needs and organizational goals. Role and Responsibilities · Coordinate and dispatch ambulance services for interfacility transfers, including critical care and flight operations (Rotor/Fixed). · Manage and prioritize requests for transport, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for SCT/ALS and BLS levels of care. · Demonstrates a clear understanding of the specialty care arena, including associated procedures, and can delineate which interventions require SCT-P or RN-level care. When questions arise, effectively communicate with the nursing team to determine the most appropriate level of care. · Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, state EMS communication standards, and company policies. · Handle wheelchair transport logistics, ensuring safe and timely service for patients with mobility needs. · Operate crew radio systems, maintaining clear and effective communication with field staff. · Utilize system status management (SSM) to monitor and update the status of all units, ensuring resources are strategically positioned. · Ensure all ambulance/aircraft time stamps are accurate in real-time, constantly scanning board to ensure any necessary real-time changes are made to provide the best ETA to all facilities · Knowledge of contractual and priority response times for all facilities associated with zones in question · Escalation of any facility concerns or problems to leadership immediately including extended ETA's above and beyond contractual requirements · Notifications and resolution of incomplete crew configurations such as single crew members to leadership in real time · Optimization of board to ensure maximum utilization of crews without degradation of response or on time requirements, nor contractual or customer satisfaction. · Provide real-time status updates to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Qualifications and Education Requirements · Must be 18 years old or older at time of hire · High School Diploma or GED equivalent, associate degree in business administration, statistics, or training and development preferred · Current NREMT certification. · Excellent written and verbal and communication skills · Must be available for recall in times of crisis or when needed due to staffing issues · One year of supervisory experience · Knowledge of medical terminology and writing patient care reports · Ability to sit and remain stationary for prolonged periods of time, standing as needed · Must be able to bend, reach, or move within assigned work location as job duties require · Ability to view computer monitor and other technology screens for extended periods (more than 8 hours) · Occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs. · Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 operations. · Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test · Ability to pass a pre-employment background check · Ability to read, speak, and write English · Proficient in general computer literacy.
