The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analysis, Ethylene Oxide (EO) Residuals analysis using Gas Chromatography with Flame Ionization Detection (GC-FID), and ICP-MS for elemental analysis. This role involves preparing samples for analysis, performing analytical testing while ensuring accurate and reliable results, maintaining instrumentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Chemistry Lab Technician Key Responsibilities: Conduct TOC analysis for water and medical device testing. Perform EO residuals analysis using GC-FID to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance. Utilize ICP-MS for trace metal analysis in pharmaceutical, environmental, or industrial samples. Prepare and analyze samples according to SOPs and industry guidelines. Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments, including TOC analyzers, GC-MS/FID, and ICP-MS. Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, including logbooks, lab notebooks and LIMS following GDP requirements. Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable. Support method development and validation for new analytical procedures. Ensure compliance with FDA, USP, ISO, ICH, and other regulatory guidelines. Chemistry Lab Technician Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field. Experience: o Hands-on experience with TOC analysis or TOC analyzer. o Proficiency in GC-MS/FID analysis (MS preferred but not required). o Experience with ICP-MS (preferred but not required). o Familiarity with sample preparation techniques and data interpretation.
