Elliott Davis, LLC's Healthcare Transaction Advisory Services (“TAS”) practice assists clients by providing financial and tax due diligence, primarily focusing on buy-side and sell-side assistance to private equity funds, mezzanine funds, and strategic buyers. We are rapidly growing and would love to have you join our team!
Responsibilities
· Lead buy-side and sell-side healthcare transaction services engagements, providing financial due diligence assistance to private equity, mezzanine funds, and strategic buyers
· Perform quality of earnings, quality of revenue, debt and debt-like, working capital analysis
· Develop an understanding of the client's business, recognize and evaluate key performance drivers, operational trends and developments of target companies
· Create and design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, financial reporting, networking capital trends, and indebtedness considerations
· Communicate due diligence findings confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner both verbally and in written reports
· Ability to lead an engagement and provide real-time feedback and guidance to clients to ensure timely and efficient product delivery
· Create a collaborative team environment, motivate, and develop team through communication and actions
· Lead and participate in people development and business development efforts
· Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds expectations
· Lead conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust
· Identify performance improvement opportunities and recommend creative solutions to complex issues

Requirements
· A minimum of three years of relevant transaction advisory services experience, and at least five years of relevant overall professional experience
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
· Current licensed CPA
· Big 4, National or large regional firm experience preferred
· Demonstrated experience leading buy-side and sell-side transaction services engagements in the lower to
middle market space
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Aptitude towards business development
· Experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or shareholders towards the successful completion of a project
· Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting issues

YOUR ROLE.
As a Tax Winter Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience with current tax laws and procedures while working on real client engagements. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals, work across diverse industries, and accelerate your growth through mentorship.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
* Work on a variety of client deliverables including preparation of tax returns, individuals, partnerships and corporate tax returns.
* Identify potential tax issues and prepare tax adjusting entries and tax trial balances based on audited or client provided trial balances.
* Assist the team with daily client workflow.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
* Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
* On track to complete 150 credit hours (May 2027- September 2028) for CPA eligibility
* Minimum 3.2 GPA in both your major and overall
* Must have successfully completed Intermediate Accounting with a grade of B or higher
* Leadership experience in student groups, activities, or team projects
* Exhibit excellent communication skills and demonstrate sharp critical thinking
* Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and embracing change
* Must have advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and eager to learn new technologies
* Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

The role of the Business Systems Consulting (BSC) Senior Manager is to assist clients with their business systems, including people, daily processes and technology. The BSC Senior Manager is responsible for helping clients evaluate and improve the design and function of their business systems technology stack and look beyond the programs and applications to dig deeper and uncover any disconnects and deficiencies among these three core elements. The BSC Senior Manager will then design strategies to maximize the company's current technology and identify more appropriate solutions, correct process efficiencies and place individuals where they can make the greatest possible impact within their organization.
This is a leadership role for the Digital Business Systems Consulting Group. Excellent leadership, business development, and communication skills are crucial for this role.
Responsibilities
Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes and technology)
Prepare key findings and analysis reports on client systems
Quickly learn ERP systems and third party applications, and be able to assist clients with system implementation and restructure projects
Oversee extensive transactional flow analysis to assist in correcting errors found and complex reporting requirements setup
Formulate plan and timeline for projects
Manage complex ERP and restructuring implementation projects
Convert records for input into new systems
Consult with clients on best practices related to their business processes
Review work performed by staff and provide sign off on projects
Attend client and networking functions
Prepare scope of work for projects, proposals and client engagement letters
Business development efforts to include identifying and meeting with prospective clients, submitting proposals and building existing client relations
Scheduling department workflow, client billing, and maintaining quality control
Supervise staff on projects and provide performance feedback
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems or related field
10-15 years relevant work experience
5+ years experience as a senior level leader
Strong communication and organizational skills
Business development experience
Strong accounting knowledge: proficiency with financial statements, inventory processes, and general ledger accounting
NetSuite and Sage Intacct ERP implementation experience (experience with multiple ERP systems a plus)
NetSuite experience - Connector, SuiteScript, SuiteCloud Developmental Framework and other SuiteCloud Platform functions
Ability to think “outside the box” and provide solutions to clients for various business-related tasks and analysis
Experience with project management, managing an implementation team, and evaluating processes
Ability to manage project budgets, change orders and timelines
Experience working with manufacturing processes and inventory structure
Knowledge of third party applications that work with business applications and how to research application needs
Strong Excel working knowledge
Preferred but not Required:
Prior professional services experience
Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
