+ B.S. in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or equivalent from accredited institution
+ Minimum of 8 years' experience in structural steel erection, heavy civil construction, bridge, vertical construction, or other steel structures
+ Experience actively interfacing with fabricators, subcontractors, & owners to resolve design issues, procurement issues, and constructability issues
+ Coordination of contract drawings, design drawings, and shop drawings to facilitate an erectable final structure
+ Experience actively interface with design engineers & construction engineers to develop thorough "means & methods" process
+ Accurately realize "to-date" costs and project "final" costs thru completion
+ Proficiency with MS Office products (Word/Excel)
+ Excellent written and verbal skills
