About the Role:
The Class A CDL Retail Route Driver plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods across designated routes, primarily operating within and around Baton Rouge, LA. This position requires the driver to manage long-haul and local deliveries efficiently while adhering to all federal and state transportation regulations. The driver will be responsible for maintaining the vehicle in optimal condition, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly. Effective communication with dispatchers, customers, and team members is essential to coordinate schedules and resolve any delivery challenges. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the logistics operation by ensuring reliable and professional transportation services. This position is a safety-sensitive position and requires a clear mind and diligence. The employee has the responsibility for his/her safety as well as the safety of others.

Valid Class A CDL (self-certified as Non-Excepted Interstate with issuing state).

Immediately report all accidents and injuries to the Safety Manager.
