A warm and travel loving family in Midland, Texas is seeking a full-time live-out child friendly housekeeper to join their family caring for their home and four children ages 3-11-years-old. The position has a flexible start date between now and end of February and will include overlap with their beloved nanny of four years who is leaving. The general daily schedule will be Monday through Friday 8am-6:30pm. They spend school breaks and summer traveling both domestic and international. There will be times the parents travel without the children as well so the candidate must be willing to hold down the fort at home during these times. The parents hope to find a housekeeper looking for longevity who truly wants to be part of their family for years to come. The family is kind and welcoming and seeks the same in their housekeeper.
Responsibilities
The position will mainly be housekeeping, especially once all 4 children are in full-time school in 2026.
Family laundry
Making beds daily
General tidying up in common areas; there is a cleaning crew for deep cleaning twice per week
Keep the kitchen tidy including loading and unloading the dishwasher and taking out trash
Maintaining organization/figuring out new systems when needed
Childcare: Providing a warm and loving environment while maintaining respectful boundaries and promoting independence in the children.
Transportation using provided car to activities, play dates, and outings including pick-up and drop-offs at school.
Helping with meal preparation and cooking for the children
Managing the tidiness and organization of the children's spaces and belongings
Qualifications
Mom is looking for a true partner to divide and conquer; someone who can be her right hand and keep things running smoothly
Pitch-in attitude and a proactive and positive personality
Organized and one step ahead especially with travel
Excited to work with school age children- playing board games and engaging in play
Ideally willing to get flu shot annually

The new facility is located on I20 and has been designated as a Critical Access Hospital.
Summary of Responsibilities
The EVS Worker is responsible for performing the cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting of all areas in the hospital, clinic, Home Health, and EMS. This individual will ensure that the Martin County facilities are clean and safe for our patients, employees, guests, and visitors. The EVS Worker is required to meet all the standards set forth by MCHD and CMS. The EVS worker will maintain a high level of customer service by practicing AIDET.
