Flexibility to work from home.
CEO is very arrogant and takes credit for ideas of others. If it's not his idea he doesn't like it, until he makes it his own, or one of his mentors (needed because he's inexperienced) gives him the idea. Nepotism and hiring of friends makes this a tough place if you're not in that group.
