Our Farm Equipment Operator safely operates various types of farm equipment such as 300 - 600 horsepower tractors, Western Star Bulk Trucks, Semi's and Spudnik conveyors. Duties include general maintenance when not operating equipment and whatever it takes to get the job done using teamwork. The Fleet Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of all Heartland Farms vehicles. The mechanic will be working in a fast-paced, high-volume private fleet. This mixed fleet includes various makes and models of vehicles. DOE wage is negotiable Qualifications Core Responsibilities: Performing DOT inspections, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on vehicles and equipment.
