About the Role
As a Belmont Village Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to a group of seniors living within our large Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The Caregiver role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, patient, caring and enjoys a high level of personal engagement with older adults.
Your Typical Daily Responsibilities
Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
Encourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-being
Document care and services provided daily by following customized service plans and communicating to supervisor any observed changes in care needs
Ensure care, safety and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory compliance
Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent

Job Title: Functional Safety Engineer (FSE)

We are seeking a Senior Functional Safety Engineer to lead and drive functional safety activities for Electric Vehicle (EV) and Autonomous Driving (AD) systems. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and assessors to ensure compliance with functional safety standards and delivery of high-quality safety work products across the system lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to generate and review functional safety work products for EV and AD systems
Perform and oversee system safety analyses including HARA, FSC, TSC, FSR, TSR, FMEA, FTA, DFA, and STPA
Validate supplier deliverables against safety requirements, including ASIL targets, decomposition strategies, and safety concepts
Generate, compile, and maintain functional safety documentation and confirmation measures in compliance with ISO 26262 and ISO 19014
Provide technical and project leadership to ensure adherence to functional safety standards, processes, and timelines
Conduct audits, confirmation reviews, and technical assessments of system modules to identify gaps and recommend mitigation strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, quality, cybersecurity, and operational safety teams
Interface with external manufacturers, suppliers, and safety assessors to ensure compliance and facilitate assessments
Promote functional safety awareness, best practices, and a strong safety culture across the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience working with ISO 26262 and ISO 19014 standards
Proven experience in functional safety certification or assessment of automotive systems (autonomous systems preferred)
Strong practical experience in:
HARA, FSC, TSC, FSR/TSR
DFMEA, SFMEA, FMEDA, FTA, STPA
Reliability estimation and root cause analysis
Experience with ISO audits, technical assessments, and tool/component qualification
Solid understanding of safety-critical system development from concept to validation
Ability to define and document safety lifecycle processes, safety plans, requirements, specifications, and assessments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of ISO 21448 (SOTIF)
Experience with EV, ADAS, or Autonomous Vehicle platforms

* Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of critical infrastructure systems including electrical distribution (UPS, generators, switchgear), mechanical/HVAC systems, fire/life safety, and building automation/controls

Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities

* Be accountable for site safety in partnership with the EHS team including ensuring adequate resources for hazardous energy control, electrical safety, and compliance programs
* Partner with Meta Construction and Design teams during build phases to ensure operational and safety requirements are met, including participation in new and retrofitted data center commissioning
* Lead the development and assessment of operational standards, sequences of operation (SOO), and methods of procedures (MOP)
* Ensure the campus team comprehends and adheres to all FacOps and IDC standards, delivers services outlined in the FacOps services catalog, and executes prioritized operations, maintenance, and modernization tasks
* Manage critical vendor management and collaborate with utility providers, local authorities, and Global Support Teams
* Accountable for self-assessment programs at site, including conducting monthly assessments, reviewing findings, developing corrective actions, and presenting results in Monthly Ops Reviews to Area Director
* Mentor and develop technical leaders, fostering evidence of alignment with the company values of ownership, continuous improvement, and proactive problem-solving
* Collaborate with counterparts at other sites and leadership to promote efficiencies, share lessons learned, and align on global best practices
* Lead infrastructure system engineering changes by defining project scope, schedule, and priority, and executing improvement projects
* Ensure the Site Operational Budget is aligned with Area and Fleet financial goals and deliver site spend within corporate guidelines
* Find solutions to reduce operational costs and maximize infrastructure utilization
* Travel up to 20% as required

Work with Lead Operator and train as time allows
Participate in continuous improvement process
Help Press Assistants as required or directed
Ensure production meets department goals and metrics
Check conductivity/record once a shift
Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements

Full comprehension in reading work instructions
Effective communication skills
Ability to use basic math skills including the ability to read a ruler, as well as basic computer skills
