Miles 0 - 3,999 = $0.00 Miles 4,000 - 5,999 = $0.05/mile Miles 6,000 - 7,999 = $0.10/mile Miles 8,000+ = $0.15/mile Example The operator has 4 safe weeks during the bonus period and runs 8,650 dispatched miles during this time.
