Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician performs general preventative maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, vehicles, equipment and grounds. Working under moderate supervision, this position assists in monitoring the building system operations and performance. This position will also utilize several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.
As the Maintenance Technician, you will:
Maintain all equipment as required per preventative maintenance programs prescribed by manufacturer's specifications
