DURING 2019, THE HOSPITAL PROVIDED 3,773 INPATIENT DAYS OF CARE TO ADULTS, PEDIATRICS, SWING BED, AND NURSERY INPATIENTS AS WELL AS 11,164 EMERGENCY ROOM/URGENT CARE AND 17,038 OUTPATIENT SERVICES TO THOSE IN NEED OF CARE. THE HOSPITAL ALSO SERVES AS A VITAL LINK TO THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING OUTREACH PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT MEET IDENTIFIED NEEDS IN AN EFFORT TO ENHANCE THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE IN ITS AREA. BLACK RIVER MEMORIAL HOSPITAL'S ENDOSCOPY PROGRAM WAS DEPLOYED IN FEBRUARY OF 2018 TO SERVICE PATIENTS IN NEED OF COLONOSCOPIES AND UPPER GI PROCEDURES.
