Data Analyst - MPL
Position Summary:
The primary function of this position is to directly manage EAM data within SAP and other data systems for the L&S Marathon Pipe Line (MPL) organization. The computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Data Analyst position will collaborate with field operations, process owners and other business stakeholders in a service-oriented approach to support equipment and maintenance data changes for MPL operating areas as well as support the organization's reliability data analytics reporting through management of KPI dashboards. The successful candidate should be able to work in a team environment and maintain a strong business partnering focus. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, with a strong attention to detail, and have the ability to manage a diverse set of daily priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing data to ensure equipment history and records are accurate and complete through the creation, maintenance, and support of accurate equipment and master data entry for MPL operating regions.
Review data integrity in SAP and update metadata as necessary to improve and manage data structures.
Serve as the point of contact for CMMS related technical needs and questions for MPL operating regions and stakeholder groups.
Provide ad-hoc data requests and reporting.
Support regulatory compliance audits as necessary.
Coordinate with stakeholders on requested maintenance plan changes.
Troubleshooting work order execution issues with field technicians.
Support MPL's maintenance work processes through an understanding of how it integrates with SAP and promote stakeholder adherence to the processes.
Manage and analyze reliability data and work order history to identify trends, bad actors, etc. in support of identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
Generate maintenance KPI reporting for stakeholders on a routine basis.
Support testing and rollout new software and CMMS system upgrades to field personnel and stakeholders.
Support training of new employees on SAP functionality and maintenance execution software.
Support updates to MPL master data through the Management of Change (MOC) process.
Prioritize a high volume of MOC tasks to ensure completion prior to start-up dates.
Coordinate with Project Leaders and area representatives to ensure accurate equipment updates are completed through the review of project and core drawings.
Coordinate with regulatory and process owner representatives to ensure maintenance plans are appropriately established.
Develop business acumen to understand core business processes and desired outcomes.
Education and Experience:
Required:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree is required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the import compliance team and working with internal stakeholders in new SKU CSS sheet review/assessment, HTS code classification, Country of origin (COO), valuation, anti-dumping duties (ADD), FTAs, Lacey Act, Fish & Wildlife, Food & Drug Administration.

This position will manage all aspects of Amrize's US Indirect Tax compliance matters. This will include management of business processes and functions that impact compliance within SAP, Vertex Returns, and OneSource Returns. In addition, oversee sales, use, business & occupational licenses and annual reports prepared by the shared service center, providing appropriate support where needed; assist with sales and use tax audits and appeals; work in conjunction with the accounting manager on sales & use account reconciliations. Required:
Four (4) year degree required, preferably with general business core, risk management, project management, regulatory, or internal audit
Minimum of four (4) years professional experience, preferably including regulatory affairs, legal, governmental compliance, quality systems, or internal auditing.
25% travel required (domestic & international).
Preferred:
Leadership / people management experience preferred.
Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
Professional certifications and regulatory training certificates in relevant disciplines are desirable, as is completion of or actively working towards an advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
Skills:
Provide support to Quality & Regulatory Compliance department management as requested during the development of Senior Management and Compliance Committee presentation materials or special projects.
Conduct yourself in accordance with the principles of the STERIS Code of Business Conduct and comply with all Company policies.
Protect company confidential information by properly storing, retrieving, and disseminating such information only to those authorized.
Conduct daily activities of job responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Support a safe, clean, and secure working environment by supporting procedures, rules, and regulations.
Demonstrated experience in effectively leading quality audits.
Demonstrated ability to balance multiple high priority responsibilities on-time and effectively.
Self-starter with demonstrated organizational, project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Can comfortably and effectively confront difficult situations and issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work closely with people at all levels within the STERIS organization and facilitate the implementation of corrective actions; able to work effectively and professionally with external people including suppliers.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and the use of AI tools.

Pay range for this opportunity is $78,200.00 - $95,000. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.

Job Description
A Tradewin Chemical Classification Specialist will perform various roles within our team, including:
Assigning Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications for imported products
Classifying exported products according to Schedule B
Conducting research and interpreting Customs rulings to determine HTS classifications
Utilizing reference materials such as the HTSUS schedule and Explanatory Notes effectively
Coordinating and communicating with both domestic and international client offices
Developing and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally
Performing additional trade-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Associate's or bachelor's degree in a scientific field such as biology or chemistry
Experience with analyzing chemical structures, MSDS/SDS sheets, hazardous chemicals, chemical bonds, food processes, or ingredient analysis
Proven customer service and strong interpersonal skills
Proficient with PC applications, including Microsoft Office suite; must be comfortable working with data in Excel. Experience with Power BI, MS Access, or SharePoint is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Excellent analytical skills with the capability to document and explain processes clearly and logically
Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
