About the Opportunity:
A well-established and rapidly growing dental laboratory in Georgia is seeking an experienced All-on-X / Full-Arch Designer with strong Exocad skills and a solid foundation in both digital and analog workflows.
This is an on-site position within a modern, high-volume lab known for its quality, collaboration, and workflow efficiency. The role requires excellent technical precision, consistency, and an understanding of implant-supported restorations from design to production.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and modify All-on-X and full-arch implant restorations using Exocad.
Work on an average of 8-14 units per day, including design adjustments and case refinements.
Collaborate closely with implant, design, and QC teams to ensure functional and aesthetic excellence.
Apply analog knowledge (occlusion, morphology, function) to digital case design.
Participate in continuous improvement and workflow standardization initiatives.
