Follow all applicable Company practices, policies and procedures. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical design issues. Collaborate with engineering team to conceptualize drafts. Industry Standards and Regulations: Ensure drawings comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the field. Work Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple projects at once. Understand and follow all applicable company practices, policies, and procedures. Conduct all work compliant with safety rules and regulations. Perform other work duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AS Degree in Engineering or related discipline, or 2 years related work experience. QUALIFICATIONS BS Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum of 2 years related work experience. Minimum of 2-4 years' experience with modeling tools (CAD, Pro E, or Solidworks) and Microsoft Office products. Experience with high-current paths, copper/brass design. Working knowledge and application of principles and techniques commonly employed in the design and manufacture interconnect products such as metal fabrication, die cast, stamped and formed, and plastic injection molded components. Working knowledge of how the designed solutions may be used and help in developing the qualification tests and reliability parameters. Possess a good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing. Travel may be required, both domestic and international. SKILLS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
