The CNC Machinist is responsible for quality parts produced on CNC machines such as, but not limited to, lathes and mills. Help Engineers and CNC programmers optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and meet tight tolerances.
Validate CNC programs through first runs and first-article inspections.
Apply advanced knowledge of materials, tooling, feeds, and speeds for difficult or exotic materials.
Serve as a subject-matter expert and mentor for Machinist I and II employees, providing training and guidance.
Interface with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and recommend design-for-manufacturing improvements.
Maintain strict adherence to AS9100/ISO standards (or other applicable quality systems) and participate in audits.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing projects, and 5S activities.
Act as a lead machinist as needed, coordinating workflow, assigning tasks, and assisting supervisors in production planning.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detailed individual to join our Machine Shop team. This role will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, programming independently, G-coding, and operating machine tools to create products according to engineering specifications, ensuring high quality and efficiency in a manufacturing facility. We are currently seeking a reliable and detailed individual to join our Machine Shop team. This role will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, programming independently, G-coding, and operating machine tools to create products according to engineering specifications, ensuring high quality and efficiency in a manufacturing facility. We are currently seeking a reliable and detailed individual to join our Machine Shop team.
