Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator based in Stanton, CA. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce high-quality parts to meet aerospace industry standards. Daily tasks include performing precision machining operations, conducting quality checks, interpreting technical drawings and specifications, and ensuring that all equipment is maintained and in proper working order.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Lead, mentor, and develop all Amada sales representatives, providing training on product features, technical specifications, and sales techniques to improve performance and individual quotas.
Help to build and maintain key relationships with prospective and existing clients, conducting needs assessments, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure sales contracts and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with existing and with new product launches, custom solutions, and industry trends in metal stamping and punching technologies.
Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and customer feedback using INFOR CRM tools to forecast and identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions for underperforming areas.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to recommend product enhancements or expansions, ensuring the division remains competitive in the industrial machinery sector.
Manage the division's budget, including sales incentives, travel expenses, and trade show participation, while optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies related to equipment sales, installations, and after-sales support.
Conduct regular training and sales evaluations to identify and ensure appropriate sales progress, and foster a high-performance culture and drive motivation.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand visibility and generate leads for stamping and turret punch press solutions.
