Review Processes within the department and monitor on a continuous basis for effectiveness and possible improvements. Schedule, track, and monitor projects. 3D modeling. Participate in quoting machined parts. Other duties may be assigned. Desired Skills 3 years of Programming and 5 years machining experience. Proficient in mid-level programming including 3D, surfacing, canned cycles, dynamic, transforms and high speed Professional development and Technical/trade school training strongly preferred Experience with Inventor, Solidworks, NCSimul or other CAD/CAM or simulation software strongly preferred Excellent problem solving and conceptual skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have a proficient understanding of G-code and M-code. Proficient with GD&T Experience machining a variety of metal alloys including aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass. Additional experience with plastics such as teflon a plus.
