This is a pipeline requisition for future projects. The Construction Inspection Specialist documents inspection findings and communicates issues to project leadership. The role requires applying broad professional knowledge of construction practices to meet client needs, clearly communicating project progress and issues to diverse functional teams and project leadership, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully, safely, and in compliance with applicable requirements. Work is performed independently under limited supervision. A LABORER is responsible for the majority of the physical labor performed on the job. This position is an entry level position where the individual can be trained in general construction activities including, but not limited to, basic rigging, use of hand & power tools, tying rebar, placing concrete, jackhammering, & manually lifting equipment/materials.
