Summary

Reviews progress inspection reports and final inspection reports. Identifies and communicates issues to respective management in writing.
Completes imaging of all documents for the construction monitoring department to the imaging system.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field is preferred or commensurate banking experience.
A minimum of 2+ years of credit, lending, or other related experience.

Overview
Under minimal supervision, is responsible for professional facility construction engineering work of considerable difficulty; and performs related work as required. This is the advanced working level and/or lead class in the Facilities Construction sub- series. An employee in this class provides technical engineering advice of considerable complexity to top management and/or functions as a lead worker over a group of subordinate Facilities Construction Specialists. This class differs from that of Facilities Construction Specialist 2 in that an incumbent of the latter performs work of lesser scope and complexity and does not function in a lead assignment. Skilled ConstructionWorker - Site Work/Excavation Job Summary: The Site Work Crew is responsible for preparing land at a construction site by conducting an inspection of the site, clearing vegetation, grading the terrain, excavating for foundations, pouring concrete, installing utilities such as drainage pipes and ensuring proper soil stability to support the installation of the home and identifying any issues with delivering the home so they can be remedied. Classification: • Non-Exempt • Pay range $25.00 - $30.00 hourly plus quarterly incentives Supervisory Responsibilities: • None Duties/ Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: • Inspect proposed job site, establishing precise boundaries and elevations to ensure proper location for foundations is determined. • Remove trees, bushes, stumps and other debris from the site to include excess dirt and rocks. • Leveling the land by excavating high points and filling low points and creating a graded slope to ensure water flows away from the structure. • Digging trenches for foundations, utilities and drainage systems. • Taking measures to prevent soil erosion, including adding retaining walls or using erosion control blankets. • Installing underground pipes for water, sewer and electric. • Pouring concrete for piers, runners, driveways, sidewalks and pads, as needed. • Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools. • Performs routine inspections and maintenance of equipment. • Runs equipment such as excavators, backhoe and skid steer or motions equipment operator to assist with alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials. • Cleans jobsite at the end of the day, ensuring trash is properly disposed of and materials or equipment are properly stored. • Performs other related duties as assigned, to support the team.
