What You'll Do
General upkeep of the construction property and surrounding site.
Ongoing preventative maintenance with the team to ensure the property remains in top condition.
Perform general carpentry, housekeeping, site work and cleanup.
Move, load, and unload materials.

3+ years installing petroleum systems (tanks, piping, dispensers, controls)
Strong experience with UST installation, piping, and decommissioning work

Previous experience leading crews on active construction sites
Clear, effective communication with GCs, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Ability to travel and work year-round in outdoor environments

What You'll Do
