Pay Rate $23.00-$28.00

Job Duties

  • Reviews and evaluates Requests for Estimates/Requests for Proposals and understands scope of work to bid
  • Bid processing (processing samples, assemble documents, collect bid recaps)
  • Maintain "item status reports" for internal and external customer
  • Process new and discontinued items
  • Prepares bids and ensures timely completion of estimates and provides job tasks broken down by hours per task
  • Reviews estimates and revisions for completeness and accuracy
  • Obtains pricing for materials and labor from subcontractor
  • Has the ability to evaluate subcontractor costs and review same for completeness
  • Utilizes job folders, proposal and estimating templates
  • Works with project leads to monitor and adjust schedules on ongoing projects
  • Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports to identify resource constraints and interference between projects for critical decision-making purposes

Qualifications:
