Lead & Mentor Technicians in troubleshooting and using centralized diagnostics tools.
Coordinate with Rotating Equipment Engineers and turbine control contractors to ensure compressor reliability.
Participate in Risk Reviews such as PHAs, HAZOPs, SIL/SIF assessments.
Ensure MOC Compliance, including software change management and documentation accuracy.
Establish and Enforce Discipline Standards, specifications, procedures, and guidelines.
Monitor Safety Control Barriers, manage impairment risks to ALARP for continued safe operations.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Operations, Maintenance, PSM, HSSE, OT, and other engineering teams.
Manage Software Contracts and service agreements related to control systems.
Contribute to I&C Budget Planning for Facilities Engineering.
Support Brownfield Projects with I&C engineering expertise.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
B.S. in Controls, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree.
10+ years of I&C systems engineering experience.
5+ years of I&C systems engineering experience in an operating process facility.
A Professional Engineering License or eligibility for registration.
Willingness to travel, domestically & internationally, as needed (approximately 10-15%)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of I&C systems engineering experience in an LNG operating facility.
