Contract Description Contract - Control System Engineer Our client in Richmond, CA is looking for an experienced Control System Engineer to support the team on a 6-12 month contract. Responsibilities: Support the CSA/CSE team with PLC and Operator Interface (OIT) assets across the refinery. Requirements Hands-on experience with Rockwell PLCs (SLC, ControlLogix, PLC5, CompactLogix, MicroLogix) and PanelView Plus and Proface HMIs. Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, including program upload/download. Working knowledge of communication protocols: Data Highway Plus, Ethernet/IP, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP. Experience with Prosoft/Prolinx communication cards and gateways. Familiarity with FactoryTalk AssetCentre, Rockwell/Siemens VFDs (preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Salary Description $10,000 - $12,000 monthly
