Job Title: Facilities Technician Company: AISIN North Carolina Department: Facilities The Facilities Technician is responsible for providing electrical and mechanical support to the plant facilities. This role troubleshoots and maintains industrial manufacturing facilities equipment as well as the outdoor grounds of the facility. Clean out clogged pumps in the sump pumps system as well as troubleshoot and adjust level controls in the system. Repair manual and automatic doors, hinges, locks, and closers on personal doors. Make repairs to dock equipment and the well system. Review equipment check sheets for abnormal readings. Lead Team Members in light fixture replacement. Ensure that restrooms are in good working order. Identify and repair building issues. Assist in making safety related kaizens and repairs. Plan and implement Kaizens. Required Skills and Abilities Essential Skills and Experience: 2 or more years of experience in industrial maintenance.
