As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within facilities. Work You'll Do: Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment and systems. Inspect and test electrical and mechanical systems and equipment to identify any faults or issues. Repair or replace faulty components. Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and regulations. Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings and specifications. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems. Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks. Advise on potential upgrades or improvements to various systems. Perform general cleaning, upkeep, and maintenance tasks. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations. Conduct regular preventive maintenance on various systems to minimize breakdowns and repairs. Respond to emergency situations to repair electrical faults and restore power. Additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Team Lead. Team: This role will be a part of the Mt. Orab Maintenance team reporting directly to the Maintenance Group Lead. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 5 plus years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or equivalent combination of education and experience. Effective written and verbal communication Strong technical skills including electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail. Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Apprenticeship, vocational training, or an associate degree in electrical and/or mechanical technology. Experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), preferably Asset Essentials Utilize power tools and various equipment as needed to perform responsibilities. Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations. Thorough understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components. CNC experience. POSITION OVERVIEW A Solar Installation Technician is responsible for the successful and timely installation of assigned projects under the direction of the Crew Leader. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan Installation: Although most installation planning tasks fall on the Crew Leader, there will be times when the Installer will have autonomy in the decision making of specific job site tasks. Use per-job materials checklist to pack the vehicle before leaving for the job. Make sure vehicles are clean, organized, fueled up, and stocked with necessary materials. Installation: Track all labor hours per job. Classify for prep work, travel, installation, and electrical work. Upon arrival at job-site, listen and help plan the approach to the day's work based on instruction from Crew Leaders and Project Managers. Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met. Basic understanding of construction and electrical toolsets and techniques is required. On the job training for both is available, depending on job candidate. Tools are provided by OnSite. Work environment will be in wide range of temperatures and employee is required to be dressed and prepared for current conditions. Some uniform stipends are available to employees for clothing purchase. Work location is often well off the ground. Comfort in accessing work location via ladder and scaffold is a must, as is use of fall protection and other job-specific PPE. Assist in completion of the installation checklist, string map, and photography of job site prior to array completion. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Time Frame: 5x8hr work weeks between Jan. 1st and Apr. 30th. 4x10hr work weeks and possible overtime from May 1st through Dec. 31st.     Job DescriptionSalary: $23 + bonus & up D.O.E and References This is an on-call positions & must be available 24/7 for snow events between November - April. There is an opportunity for full-time durning the summer. Our Helena branch has immediate openings for Commercial Sidewalk Snow Removal team members. This position will consist of using industry specific snow removal equipment to remove snow and ice from commercial sidewalks.
