The Water/ Wastewater Senior Engineering Technician is a professional with a 2 to 5 years of experience with EIT certificate (preferred). This individual will plan, design and perform analysis on water/wastewater engineering projects such as water main; sanitary main; pumping stations; and water & wastewater treatment facilities. The Engineering Technician shall be self-motivated, with good writing skills and capable of working in a team environment.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Hydraulic calculations and layout of structures.
Work on a team to produce correspondence/reports/biddable documents for water distribution systems; wastewater conveyance system; treatment plants; potable wells; water storage tanks; and water & sanitary pumping stations.
Engineering support to our inspection department.
Capable of addressing multiple simultaneous assignments, on-time and within budgets.
"Proactive"' identification of problems/issues coupled with detailed analysis and effective resolution.
Work on a team to produce regulatory permitting applications.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
EIT preferred while working towards PE.
Ability to clarify and concisely express thoughts verbally and in written correspondence/reports/specifications.
Provides effort and takes pride in all work assignments produced.
Not afraid to ask for guidance/assistance in order to expedite the date of assignment deliverables.
Ability to simultaneously work on group and individual assignments.
Must have effective communication, management and writing skills.
Must be skilled in the use of Word/Excel products.
AutoCAD capability a plus.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or Chemical Engineering curriculum from an accredited four-year college or university.
Certifications/Licenses Required
EIT or preparing to take and working towards PE.

Mosquito Field Marketer/Control Technician

We are looking for 2 individuals willing to develop into the area of field extermination (mosquitos, ticks, and fleas). As a Field Marketer ($10 per hour up to 20 hours per week) you will be responsible for field marketing tasks including door to do campaigns, local marketing programs, and social media all while preparing to secure your licensure in extermination! When licensed as a (pest control) Exterminator, you will be able to make $15-$20 per service (sometimes performing 10 or more services a day).
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a seasonal opportunity that runs through the end of mosquito season
Flexible scheduling (available in full time and part time positions)

Duties as a Field Marketer
Perform day time marketing strategies such as placement of door hangers, lawn signs, and other marketing materials.
Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns

Participate in community programs that drive brand loyalty.
Develop understanding of product line and value chain.
Attend trade shows and events to market product.
Drive brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with consumers.
Duties as an Field Technician
Build and maintain extraordinary relationships with customers
Inspect outdoor premises for signs of pests or infestation
Determine the type of treatment needed to eliminate pests
Master a basic knowledge of pest biology and patterns
Apply pesticides around appropriate outdoor areas and other structures
Design and carry out pest management plans
Operate business vehicles and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Create barriers to minimize pest populations in outdoor spaces
Educate customers on general pest management procedures and the importance of collaborative customer participation
Maintain the integrity of customer property
Actively execute tactical marketing tactics to increase sales

Job Responsibilities
Perform system design, preventative maintenance, repair, installation and commissioning of Direct Digital Control (DDC) Systems.

Requirements
