About the Role
As the Sushi Cook at MM by Morimoto, you will be responsible for maintenance of the sushi program. This includes maintaining food safety standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in line with Chef Morimoto's exacting standards.
You will collaborate closely with the culinary and management teams to ensure consistent excellence in quality, execution, and presentation.

What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sushi chef or cook

A deep understanding of Japanese ingredients, seasonality, and tradition
The ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume, fine-dining environment
