I. Summary
The project manager will provide direction and coordination of a project. This includes all aspects of the project to include performance, administration, documentation, safety, and customer contact.
II. Major ResponsibilitiesPosition requirements and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Communicate with operations daily on a project to ensure projects are running smoothly
Keep customers and insurance adjusters up to date on all project activities.
Adhere to all company protocol, project and safety policies, accounting procedures, etc.
Also, responsible to ensure that the service quality is at the company's highest standard
Setting budget on a project to ensure profitability
Perform work within a given budget or communicate job from beginning to end
Project Buy-Outs
Set draw schedule w/Subs & Vendors, pull permits, initiate and follow through to ensure all necessary paperwork is in the project file
Develop a Site Safety Plan to communicate and have followed by Field Supervisor and labor
Budgeting project to ensure profitability
Keep client and adjuster informed to promote good customer service
Ensure job files have proper-signed contracts and required forms depending on the type of job
Process files on a timely basis to ensure accurate processing by the accounting department
Complete/draft Project Management Reviews daily for job file
Conduct Safety Toolbox meetings
Participate in safety investigations to minimize risk
Provide feedback (positive or negative) to Operation and Production Managers regarding individual jobs as needed
Keep an open line of communication and constant networking with the adjuster, the insurance community, and any target business assigned
Maintain the highest of integrity to ensure the Cotton image is viewed in the most positive manner
Hiring of sub-contractors and suppliers
Direction of daily activities on construction projects
Meeting the needs and request of the client and adjuster
Conflict resolution with customers
Performance of operation staff and change of scope
Understanding of workflow procedures and systems.

What Will I Do?
Successfully perform service, install or routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills

Follow checklist for production start-up including: preparing machine for production, ensuring line is ready for production, turning on production equipment including but not limited to: compressor, vacuum, Mattpak, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attends job site walkthroughs and pre-bid meetings.
Provides detailed take-offs.
Solicit subcontractors and vendors for quotes on proposals
Review data to determine material and labor requirements and prepare itemized lists.
Compute cost factors and prepare estimates used for management purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work; preparing bids; selecting vendors or subcontractors; and determining cost effectiveness.
Conducts special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or effect cost reductions.
Consults with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
Interfaces with other individuals in the organization to obtain support and commitment to the cost estimates.
Contributes to a centralized cost estimating database and a formal process to support cost estimating to ensure historical data is utilized.
Analyzes completed projects to compare estimated cost to actual cost and determine the reason for any discrepancies.
Provide improvement recommendations to cost estimating procedures to reduce future discrepancies between estimated and actual costs.
Identifies cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement efforts.
Thoroughly reads and understands RFPs and RFQs for preparation of proposals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications to the level required for the position applied
Strong understanding in mechanical systems
Proficient in Quick Pen Estimating Software
Proficient in Office 365
Familiarity with HVAC piping and NFPA codes
Valid Driver's License

The Material Handler / Driver partners with the warehouse, shipping, and supply chain departments to ensure timely and safe deliveries are made to intersite company locations and customers. This position also moves material and finished products in loading, shipping and manufacturing areas of the plant.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Material Handler:
Pull product for order fulfillment and shipping preparation
Work with operations team and independently to pick, pack, and ship orders
Ensure shipping orders are correctly labeled and processed for quick and efficient delivery
Transport products throughout the warehouse via power pallet and/or forklift
Operate forklift and other company machinery as required for shipping requirements
Review receipt of materials to ensure received materials accuracy
Track parts movement between digital and physical locations
Ensure packaged goods are loaded according to documentation and bills of lading

Delivery Driver:
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers or intersite locations in a safe, timely manner
