    Position is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations and compliance with established policies and procedures. Position Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: Receives and verifies invoices and requisitions for goods and services Processes cash receipts and handles credit balances Verifies that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures Responds to questions and makes calls regarding overdue bills and billing problems Prepares, verifies, and processes invoices and codes payment documents Prepares batches of invoices for data entry Performs data entry of invoices for payment Processes backup reports after data entry Maintains and manages assigned listing of accounts Maintains updated vendor files and file numbers Prepares regular periodic and special accounting reports Other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications-Education/Experience Required:High school diploma or GEDAt least two to five years accounts receivable/collections experience Excellent customer service skills Work ethic must be flexible, adaptable and possess the ability to multitask Excellent communication skills Must be able to work individually and also as part of a team Proficient Microsoft Office software skills Preferred:Experience with AS400 based (BosaNova) systems, QAD EB2, QAD EEExperience using Google for WorkSpanish language skills a plus Travel Requirements 0%
