Job Summary:
Maintains product levels and quality control in frozen food and dairy departments. Ensures products are displayed in accordance with Company standards and all regulatory food safety practices. Promotes customer service and sales building practices.

**Your Day at Lowe's**
You'll keep shelves stocked and backrooms organized by unloading freight, moving products to the sales floor, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You may also assist customers in locating or loading products. Most shifts are physically active, and scheduling may include morning, evening, or overnight hours based on store needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects
+ Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets
+ Support store operations by verifying deliveries, completing dock prep, and using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
+ Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping
+ Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools as needed
+ Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks
**Additional responsibilities for Pro Fulfillment Stores include:**
+ Use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders
+ Load delivery orders, ensuring quality, accuracy, and safe loading practices
+ Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues
+ Proactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
+ Execute Delivery Readiness best practices
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 3 months Experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
+ 6 months Experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking

**Travel Requirements**
This role does not require regular travel, but occasional travel may be needed for meetings, training sessions, or to support nearby stores.
**Working Conditions**
Environmental factors vary by location. You may be working in both inside and outside weather conditions. Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, is possible. You may be exposed to constant or intermittent noises in addition to moving or shaking objects and equipment.
Lifting methods vary based on role, weight, and volume. Associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 75 pounds. Team lifts are used minimally starting at 75 pounds or when needed. Powered equipment should be used as required, with proper training or assistance from a trained coworker.

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of inbound and outbound shipments, as well as maintaining essential documentation. Job Responsibilities:
Modify, maintain, and reconcile release reports.
Interface with truck drivers and pipe customers to ensure the accuracy of orders.
Manage customer and supplier inquiries regarding order status, changes, cancellations, and more.
Resolve all supplier issues related to shortages, missing materials, late deliveries, etc.
Act as the main point of contact for determining transportation methods.
Review requisition orders for accuracy in terminology and specifications.
Perform data entry and maintain hard copies of shipment records.
Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and price lists.
Coordinate communication between operations and suppliers to ensure the seamless execution of shipping and receiving tasks.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience working with OCTG products, with the ability to identify grades, sizes, and specifications visually and by stencil.
High School diploma or GED; an Associate's Degree is a plus.
Two (2)+ years of experience in operations related to Inventory Management, Logistics, and/or Operations Accounting.
Skills / Abilities:
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members, customers, and suppliers.
Demonstrated ability to maintain an impeccable attendance record.
Capacity to remain calm, organized, and methodical in a fast-paced environment, even when faced with potentially high levels of frustration.
Proficiency in operating relevant computer applications without assistance.
Ability to self-manage an effective and efficient workflow.
Proficiency in reading and writing English.
