Maintains supplies on front-end; i.e. paper/plastic sacks, receipt paper, etc. Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress. Adheres to company policies and individual store guidelines. Reports to work when scheduled and on time. Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in all departments as requested (within the wage and hour guidelines). Delivers product to customers (within the wage and hour guidelines). Shovels, salts, and sands walkways. Assists in other areas of store as needed. Performs other job related duties and special projects as required. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics: Must have the ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions; deal with a few concrete variables. Ability to do simple addition and subtraction; copying figures, counting and recording. Must be able to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; writes identifying information request supplies orally or in writing, increased contact with people. Education and Experience: No education or experience requirements. Physical Requirements: Must be physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently; and exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Visual requirements include vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction, depth perception, color vision, and field of vision.
