Previously, Larry Brooks was the SVP, Finance of Endeavor, an organization that is leading the High-Impact Entrepreneurship movement around the world. Endeavor supports 1,800+ High-Impact Entrepreneurs that generated over $12 billion in annual revenue (2018) and created more than 1,000,000 high-quality jobs. Endeavor Entrepreneurs represent a variety of business sectors across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, North America and the Middle East. Larry was also part of the founding team of Endeavor Catalyst, an impact-investment fund designed to support Endeavor Entrepreneurs while contributing to Endeavor's long-term sustainability. Launched in January of 2012, Endeavor Catalyst raised $120M+ across two funds and made 100+ investments in 20 different emerging markets. Larry is also the board chair emeritus of Repair The World (Repair), an organization founded to make service a defining element of Jewish life. Through a fellowship program and national campaigns, Repair mobilizes tens of thousands of volunteers across twelve US cities. Larry holds a BA in Near Eastern Studies from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Social Enterprise from Columbia Business School. He and his wife are proud parents to three kids who remind them daily that the world is full of joy and wonder.

Bob Filbin is Chief Data Scientist at Crisis Text Line, the first large-scale 24/7 national crisis line for teens on the medium they use and trust most: texting. Bob specializes in the application of behavioral psychology to questions of data collection, analysis, and reporting, to make sure data leads to strategic actions. Bob has given keynote lectures on using data to drive behavioral change at the YMCA National CIOs Conference, NFAR Summit, and SXSW. He has written for the Harvard Business Review and Medium, and was named one of the Chronicle of Philanthropy’s 40 Under 40 in 2016 who are making their mark in the nonprofit world. He lives in NYC.
