Key Responsibilities:
Face-to-face customer support, including OR, SPD and Biomed
Video tower/system set-up and support
Inspection, repair, troubleshooting and replacement of KARL STORZ devices
Monitoring, reporting, and facilitating repair/ exchange transactions
Transporting, cleaning/sterilization and packaging of instruments after use
Trouble shoot video and instrument issues in the O.R.
Instrument/equipment repair management
Requirements:
A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Experience in Sterile Processing, Sales, or other Surgical Technology/Medical role

Position Overview: Lead Commercial HVAC Technician
As a Lead Commercial HVAC Technician, you'll play a key leadership role supporting your Regional Service Manager and team. You'll ensure operational excellence, safety, and quality service delivery across your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with company standards
Perform truck inspections (cleanliness, equipment, PPE)
Conduct site assessments (e.g., roof cleanliness, proper disposal of materials)
Verify quality of repairs and installations
Ensure team members have proper PPE and coordinate replenishment
Approve vendors for operational needs
Assist with technician vacation planning and on-call scheduling
Lead PM completion efforts and ensure accurate documentation

Qualifications Experience
5+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience
2+ years in a supervisory or lead technician role

Experience with preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and equipment changeouts
Familiarity with national accounts or multi-site operations (preferred)
Certifications
EPA Universal Certification (required)
Additional certifications such as NATE or HVAC Excellence are a plus

Individuals in this role will serve as foreign relationships facilitator for C&PE leadership, with a specific focus on Asia/ Indo-Pacific partners. Primary Duties
Propose and manage initiatives for relationship building with partners in the Asia/ Indo-Pacific region, such as facilitating Defense Intelligence Strategic Dialogues
Promote and strengthen relations with regional partner by coordinating and conducting planning and sharing meeting with these partners and the staff and leadership of OUSD(I&S)
