Position Overview:
The Lock Desk Analyst's primary responsibility is to support the Lock Desk by processing rate lock, change, and extension requests while adhering to and enforcing rate lock policies. This position provides real time training, process enhancement suggestions, and support within Secondary Marketing and cross-functional departments.
Job Responsibilities:
Process rate lock requests in Encompass; clearly and effectively communicate with requestor(s) as needed.
Process change requests, reprice requests, and extension requests.
Assist Loan Officers with post-lock file inquiries.
Work closely with Secondary Marketing leadership to implement system changes, testing, and process flow enhancements.
Assist with system, product, and procedural inquires.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
2+ years' mortgage lending experience or equivalent coursework, preferred.
Experience with Optimal Blue and Encompass systems, preferred.
Secondary Marketing or Capital Markets experience, preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, mathematical, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Position Overview:
The Accounts Payable Manager supervises and coordinates the activities and operations of the Accounts Payable Department and staff. Position Overview:

Position Overview:
The Manager, Corporate Real Estate, is responsible for the management of CrossCountry Mortgages ("CCM") nationwide portfolio of branch locations. Position Overview:
The Final Documents Specialist performs a formal review and inspection of all trailing loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness within the designated time frame. This position follows up via phone or email on pending documents along with recording (check-in) documents and comments into the database as they are received. The Final Documents Specialist manages a working pipeline of loans, monitors reports to track outstanding documents and files, and retrieves documents as necessary and ship to destination. Job Responsibilities:
Receive incoming trailing documents through various mail sources, opens and preps for imaging, scans documents into LOS system and identifies Investor on the loan for determination of mailing the trailing document to the investor.
Perform data entry in LOS system marking document as received, and enter date shipped to the Investor of record.
Pull reports from LOS system to identify the aged trailing documents currently outstanding with investors.
Monitor aged trailing documents in an active pipeline.
Perform follow-ups with settlement companies and attorneys' offices to obtain aged missing documents outstanding for delivery to the Investors.
Obtain Certified True Copies of Mortgage/Deed of Trust from County Recorder Offices and/or final Title Policy copies from settlement agents or attorney's offices when determined that the document has been lost or aged.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the new loan set up on the sub-servicing system.
Perform outbound calls and receive inbound calls from borrowers, providing customer service support to borrowers.
Pull all required documents for the new loans.
Follow up with appropriate departments to obtain missing documents.
Reconcile and monitor data accuracy on the MERS systems.
Work with insurance companies to reflect the proper mortgagee clause.
Monitor and collect first payments from mortgagors.
Respond to inquiries from mortgagors on their loan account.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Associate's degree or equivalent in business related field or equivalent combination of education/experience, preferred.
Experience in banking or financial related field, preferred.
Knowledge of loan documentation, loan systems, operations and accounting.

Position Overview:
The Junior Loan Processor is responsible for providing quality customer service by verifying necessary documentation to underwrite the loan and ordering third party documentation by communicating directly with the customer, loan officer, junior processor, senior processor and/or underwriter. The Junior Loan Processor collaborates with the training department for transition into a Senior Loan Processor.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform a thorough review and analysis of borrower's credit, employment, income and assets as required by the loan program before submitting to underwriting.
Assemble the complete loan package in proper order for underwriting.
Verify all required documentation (pre-underwrite) in the file.
Verify that an application is complete and accurate; prepare a loan approval summary, Forms 1008 and 1003, and ensure the accuracy of all the information printed on those documents.
Communicate directly with the Loan Originator, customer, and underwriter to obtain initial and any missing documentation required to qualify for the loan.
Review loans for compliance with all mortgage-related regulations (RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg. B, etc.).
Communicate with various companies to obtain Property Survey, Flood Certificate, Title Commitment, and payoff information.
Verify that vendor orders are complete, invoices are received and in the applicant's file.
Manage pipeline by completing and submitting reports within allotted turn-around times.
Assist set-up of loans.
Assist closing, secondary marketing, and loan servicing to obtain and clear outstanding suspense items from CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC investors.
Assist closing, secondary, and servicing to obtain documentation needed to clear outstanding suspense items for loans worked on and/or loans worked on from other transition team members.
Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years' residential mortgage experience.
Experience with RESPA regulations.
Encompass experience.
Experience with mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including but not limited to Regulation Z and Regulation B requirements, and loan documents, preferred.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Office & Windows.
