Responsibilities: • Ensure center is “inspection ready” at all times by managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compliance policies and the quality system, utilizing sound Quality principles, self-inspection learnings, non-conformity discovery and appropriate remediation. Prepare regular reports to center, area and corporate quality management as to the state of quality and systems at the center. • Manage site Quality Control program including but not limited to calibrations management, monitoring of compliance to defined processes e.g. sampling, competency checks, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), trending and analysis of KPIs, root cause and failure mode impact assessment and change management. • Lead and develop direct reports ensuring they are competently skilled to perform their QA roles. Lead by example; consistently motivate staff through education to high levels of competency that drive success in a dynamic and regulated environment. Upon proper review with center and quality management, recruit, hire, conduct performance reviews and enact corrective actions, up to and including termination. • Participate with management to develop programs and methods to streamline center processes resulting in improved customer/donor service, product yields and financial results while maintaining compliance and quality. • Receive and provide feedback to staff on observations leading to improved adherence to GMP standards. Report concerns or deficiencies to area personnel and/or area management immediately. Make recommendations for remedial actions to resolve audit observations and other non-compliance issues of deficiencies. • Lead and function as the key quality representative for site supplier, customer and regulatory audits. Lead center review of findings, coordination of remediation (CAPA), if needed and successful closure of timely audits. Utilize quality tools and applications to facilitate understanding of issues and documentation. • Maintain clean efficient work environment and ensure sufficient operating supplies and availability of forms, as needed. Comply with all Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. Conduct routine audits of internal procedures and documentation, as necessary. Promote safety in all actions. • Adhere to all HR policies and practices through fair and equitable treatment of all employees. Communicate effectively with HR to ensure HR compliance and ensure center management is doing the same. • Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory and company policies and procedures. • Responsible for notification to the ADOQ for any event that negatively affects the safety, quality, identity, purity or potency of the product that results in pausing or disruption of business. If necessary, notification must be elevated to any of the following, Regional Director, Associate Director of QA, Divisional Director or Director of Quality Systems and Assurance. • Maintain confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information. Understand policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center if applicable. • Lead investigations into deviations to determine root cause, correction/preventative actions and effectiveness checks. Monitor CAPA's and effectiveness checks to ensure issues are resolved. Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities by analysing marketplace data, leveraging your established network, and hunting for new buying centers.
Develop account strategies and create relationships with key contacts and prospective clients using both the Kantar client network and your personal connections.
Lead all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to qualification to closing.
Generate new sales revenue across Kantar's ecosystem of solutions: Brand Strategy, Brand Performance, Creative Testing, and Media Measurement.
Log sales activity and maintain your sales pipeline, including revenue forecasts and weekly updates, through our internal CRM.
Lead RFP and proposal development, collaborating with internal teams, coordinating client timelines, and developing pitch collateral that resonates with clients and tells a differentiated story.
Conduct client meetings to build and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all solutions and engagement with Kantar.
Immerse yourself in the automotive industry, bringing a point of view that informs client meetings, study design, and reporting.
Understand the competitive landscape and report back to the organisation on points of differentiation; contribute to written and recorded automotive thought leadership suitable for external publication.
Negotiate deals that adhere to Kantar's financial guidelines, understanding the financial implications of each engagement.
Actively contribute to Automotive industry organizations to drive Kantar's salience and build new prospect relationships.
What You'll Bring

About the role:

You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, management of donor adverse events, review of laboratory test results, and donor notification of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Medical Support Specialist will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment. The Medical Support Specialist follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).
How you will contribute
You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).
You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.
You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.
You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.
What you bring to Takeda:
High school diploma or equivalent to including graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements
Currently licensed or certified in the state where responsibilities will be assigned: EMT-Paramedic
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
Fulfill state requirements (in state of licensure) for basic IV therapy

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
Responsible for all Sample Processing job skills, including, preparing plasma units for freezing, preparing samples of plasma for testing, and preparing plasma units and samples for shipment.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Perform all required duties in the area of Sample Processing (including, but not limited to): (95%)
Prepare units for frozen storage.
Collect and store samples from plasma units for testing.
Perform routine maintenance on the freezer including monitoring freezer and refrigerator temperatures and removing ice buildup.
Prepare frozen plasma units and samples for shipping following established protocol.
Organize plasma boxes/documents for scheduled shipments and assist in loading shipments.
Manage supplies, assist management team with inventory control procedures, break down empty cartons and assist with proper disposal.

How you will contribute
You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).
You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.
You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.
You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.

The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Medical Support Specialist will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment. The Medical Support Specialist follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).
How you will contribute
You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).
You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.
You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.
You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.
What you bring to Takeda:
High school diploma or equivalent to including graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements
Currently licensed or certified in the state where responsibilities will be assigned: Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Program Director is responsible for the overall daily operation, quality of care, and regulatory compliance of a General Residential Operation (GRO) in accordance with Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) Minimum Standards (Chapter 748) and Texas Child Centered Care (T3C) principles. This role provides leadership to ensure children and teens receive trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate, and child-centered services in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
Responsible for all Sample Processing job skills, including, preparing plasma units for freezing, preparing samples of plasma for testing, and preparing plasma units and samples for shipment.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers (5%)
Perform all required duties in the area of Sample Processing (including, but not limited to): (95%)
Prepare units for frozen storage.
Collect and store samples from plasma units for testing.
Perform routine maintenance on the freezer including monitoring freezer and refrigerator temperatures and removing ice buildup.
Prepare frozen plasma units and samples for shipping following established protocol.
Organize plasma boxes/documents for scheduled shipments and assist in loading shipments.

The starting hourly wage reflects the actual starting rate for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
