Determines the appropriate sequence, methods, and procedures necessary to complete the work. Estimates, secures adequate supplies, tools and equipment to complete work assignments. Maintains adequate inventory. Completes time sheets and other work records. Assists tenants by responding to emergency calls. Performs other duties as required.
