Position Details: This position will be In-Office Day shift (beginning between 5am-6:30am) Hourly pay range - ($17.44-25.25) Primary Function: The Custodian is responsible for performing general custodial duties at SigmaDesign's Camas, Washington location. In addition, the Custodian is responsible for providing input and guidance to the Facilities Team regarding best practices for keeping the facilities clean and safe. Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities: Clean and set up conference rooms and shared common areas within the facility. Sanitize facility restrooms and locker rooms. Maintain cleanliness of breakroom area, including floors, countertops, and refrigerators. Ensure restrooms are properly supplied and restocked. Maintain/order custodial supplies as needed. Collect trash and recyclable materials for proper disposal. Vacuum carpets and clean other floor surfaces as needed. Deep clean carpeting and other floor surfaces periodically. Keep supply closets clean and organized with products labeled properly and stored correctly. Perform special custodial work upon request of Facilities Department.
