There are many different tasks in this position, but it most closely resembles a mover and moving truck driver. The main difference is that you are moving the damaged/dirty contents of buildings that have had a flood or fire to our warehouse (pack out) and after the property is repaired, moving the cleaned items back (pack back). You will also be involved in the restoration of these contents. That process involves everything from hands on cleaning to deodorization. Customer service is a big part of this position. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to drive or learn to drive a large box truck
Physical ability to work in a moving industry environment (lifting, squatting, packing, carrying boxes, etc.) in all types of weather.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This job requires the Twin Peaks Janitor, Busser to clean and maintain the Twin Peaks restaurant. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when it comes to keeping his/her restaurant clean and sanitized.
THE UNIFORM
* Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. Brim never bent.
* Hair must be kept clean. All hair must be kept underneath the TP hat.
* Clean shaven. Beards & mustaches are allowed, but must be maintained.
* Fingernails must be kept trimmed.
* Jewelry is not allowed to be worn in ears, face, around the neck or wrists.
* Head phones or ear buds are not to be worn.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks training. Job Responsibilities:
Perform Drain Services:
Conduct thorough diagnostics and perform drain cleaning services efficiently and effectively.
Use specialized equipment to clear clogs, perform rooter services, and ensure proper drainage system functionality.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide a professional, courteous, and informative experience to every customer.
Explain services and solutions clearly, ensuring customers understand the scope of work and costs involved.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships.
Lead Generation and Upselling:
Identify opportunities for additional services, including potential issues in need of further diagnostics or repairs.
Convert 20% of service calls into qualified leads for Field Advisors to follow up on.
Collaboration with Field Advisors:
Work closely with Field Advisors to ensure seamless handoffs and collaboration on potential upsell opportunities.
Documentation and Reporting:
Complete all necessary paperwork and digital reports, ensuring accurate records of each job, including services performed, customer feedback, and any follow-up actions needed.
Use camera and digital analysis tools when required, especially for more complex issues.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies during service delivery.
Keep all tools and equipment in good condition and ensure a clean and organized work environment on-site.
Technical Skill Development:
Stay up-to-date with the latest drain cleaning techniques and technology.
Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills, with the aim of becoming a highly trained specialist in camera.
