The Product Owner is responsible for the detailed facilitation and technology delivery of specific business outcomes. In addition, this position manages day-to-day requirements, programs, and special features while working cross functionally, and collaboratively with go-to-market, operations, and technology counterparts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Deeply understands customers, technology, and competition, and synthesize into the operational product roadmaps driving business outcomes through technology enablement and innovation.
Works closely with technology, and business stakeholders to craft simple, elegant, impactful experiences.
Integrates user research studies, analytics, and market analysis into product requirements.
Participates in standups, retrospectives, design reviews, user research, and demos.
Drives the overall vision and success across technology delivery teams, including both agile scrum teams and existing systems support teams.
Organizes Sprint Planning & Grooming ceremonies at the team level.
Determines if iteration outcome is acceptable from functional/non-functional aspects.
Coordinates with the team to ensure a efficient & productive daily stand-up takes place (can designate a facilitator) Provides input into product backlog prioritization.
Prepares solid product definition and ensures all required artifacts are developed. Analyzes metrics that inform the success of products.
Creates stories/tasks and assigns to the scrum team. Additionally, flags dependencies & risks for the stories/features.
QUALIFICATIONS
3 or more years of relevant IT product management experience; people leader experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree or additional experience in lieu of degree.
Knowledge of Agile software development framework, architecture concepts, and terminology.
Experience and/or accreditation in Scaled Agile a plus.
Prefer people management experience.
Ability to effectively and actively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
Strong deductive reasoning and attention to detail.
Strong sense of customer service to consistently and effectively addresses customer needs.
High comfort level interacting with colleagues and with various levels of client organizations.
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced & dynamic environment under tight timelines, while adaptive to change.

Base Pay Information
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.

With practice roots dating back to the 1940s, Dr. Tavel Family Eye Care's mission is to provide Indiana families and businesses with top quality, affordable eye health services and eye care products while delivering outstanding customer service-And that's a promise from the Doctor. After more than 80 years of serving the local communities, this family-owned business has grown to 23 locations across Indiana. To help patients achieve optimal vision, all practices utilize autorefractors, non-contact tonometry, and digital visual acuity charts. Each Optometrist receives an iPad with cloud-based practice management and electronic health records software to enable a seamless process at every point of the patient experience. Locations are well-equipped with advanced technology, including OPTOS, OCT, HVF and Virtual Field, Topography, Telemed, and digital phoropter. All locations carry a wide selection of designer eyewear for adults and children and an expansive variety of contact lens options to fit all lifestyles and vision needs.
About the Optometrist Opening
Dr. Tavel Family Eye Care is seeking an Optometrist dedicated to a career centered around providing excellent service for every patient and a strong commitment to improving vision in the communities it serves-making a difference in the lives of fellow Hoosiers. In this role, you'll perform comprehensive exams, diagnose and manage ocular disease, and handle eye care emergencies.
The practice is looking for a professional with a natural talent for building solid doctor-patient relationships who can seamlessly hand off patients as they transition to the optical team. Proficiency in disease management, including ordering and interpreting appropriate diagnostic testing, is also essential to this role. A candidate experienced in ocular diseases and has a strong interest in pediatric eye care will be an asset to the team. You'll also have the opportunity to support the expansion of contact lens service and the growth of the medical management side of the business. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skillset, care for a diverse population of patients, and work alongside talented professionals.
