The salary range for this position is $92,000 - $115,000 per year. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. SUMMARY
We're looking for a highly creative, Social-first Designer to join our team. You'll concept, design, and art direct content across Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, and Fenty Hair- shaping the brand's presence on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the pace of social, stays plugged into cultural trends, and knows how to turn creative ideas into scroll-stopping, engaging content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand & Strategy
Develop creative for the main social feeds across all Fenty brands
Partner with creative and marketing leadership on campaign development and social extensions
Identify brand-right opportunities by staying on top of social, cultural, and visual trends
Creative Production
Drive creative concepting and production oversight for social-first stills and video content
Execute real-time creative across formats: video, static imagery, graphics, and mixed media
Be on-set for social creative campaigns and initiatives, supporting Director, Social Creative as well as leading select photo and video shoots
Design eye-catching social graphics, layouts, and typographic treatments that elevate the brand identity
Edit and adapt existing creative into compelling, platform-native social assets
Translate brand guidelines into fresh visual systems tailored to each platform
Create quick-turn graphics, motion design, and GIFs to support always-on and campaign moments
Develop visual assets supporting monthly content schedules with our in-house studio team
Keep a pulse on social creative trends - out-of-the-box executions, trending talent, and innovative creative partners (photographers, videographers, animators, CGI artists, etc)
Work quickly, resourcefully, and collaboratively - thriving at the speed of social and pop culture
Collaboration & Coordination
Partner with creative team and brand marketing teams to maintain consistency and synchronized calendars
Coordinate with social team and performance teams to align calendars and priorities
Partner closely with Social Media Strategy team to lead, develop, and execute smart, unexpected creative content, series and storytelling in alignment with brand identity aesthetics to meet department objectives and KPIs, deployed across all Global social media channels
Collaborate with Social Media Strategy team to brainstorm campaign and always-on content strategies, tailored to the editorial calendar and emerging best-practices
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in design, art direction, or social-first creative roles.
Strong expertise in TikTok and Instagram, with deep understanding of pop culture, beauty, and cultural trends.
Advanced design skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion/animation tools (After Effects, Premiere, or similar)

About this Role
We're looking for a Marketing Designer with an impeccable eye to join Fay's fast-growing team. This role blends hands-on design execution with opportunities that will influence our brand's visual direction. You'll create cohesive, polished assets across every touchpoint - from static ads and social graphics to pitch decks, emails, direct mail, PR materials, and influencer campaigns - all while helping elevate and evolve Fay's overall look and feel.

Summary of Role
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all staging installations, partnering closely with the sales team and VP of the market to ensure that all projects are a success.
Properly scope the design project
● Conduct a design handoff meeting with the sales rep and client to ensure project scope and alignment.
● Meet with the client to present any initial ideas; discuss and probe for any specifics the client may have regarding the design or installation.
● Stay within budget for custom furniture and accessory purchases.
● Create an installation road map.
● Inform the scheduler of your needs, working within your reasonable deadline (negotiated between sales, the scheduling department, and the client).
Successfully execute design projects
● Manage installation crew while en route to the project and on-site.
● Complete the installation within the allotted time frame (typically 1 to 3 days.
● Communicate your daily feedback and install requirements to sales and the scheduling department for each day prior to install or changes.
Record and photograph project inventory
● Photograph your work, including all rooms and products.
● Create a thorough and organized inventory list using the provided template and account for all installed items.
● Create an invoice for the project, including hours spent on the project and images of the receipts associated with each expenditure, as related to the specific project.
