Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
* Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
* Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
* Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
* Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
* Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
* Fuel and stage vehicle
* Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
* Maintains a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
* Responsible for wearing proper personal protection equipment (PPE) and ensuring cleaning, detailing, washing and sanitization supplies are available
* Assists customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches
* Helps maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
* Site appearance responsibilities to include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location

Position Description: The Make Ready Attendant cleans & details vehicles for the Sales Department and maintains the display lot & vehicles so that they are always clean, presentable and organized.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Safety & security: must help maintain a safe and secure operation. Some examples are driving safely, using chemicals and equipment properly, using personal protection on the job, keeping vehicle and vehicle & facility keys secure at all times, and questioning anyone not directly associated with the dealership whom you may see on premises and notifying the supervisor quickly.
Keep busy: when an assignment is done, report to the supervisor immediately so that other jobs can be assigned.
Drive automatic & manual transmission vehicles to the wash bay area and display lot. Will occasionally drive a vehicle on the roadway at the supervisor's direction only (i.e. sublet work, delivery, dealer trades, etc.).
Wash vehicle exterior, using power sprayers and other water hoses, cleaning solution, cloths, and brushes.
Apply approved cleaners to auto body, and wipe or buff surface to protect surface and preserve shine, using cloth or buffing equipment/machine.
Vacuum interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris, using vacuum cleaner, and clean interior surface areas using approved cleaners.
Perform detail jobs such as headlamp & lens restoration, shampooing interior seats, headliners and flooring (or alternatively, remove them to thoroughly clean), and paint non-body panel surfaces (i.e. wiper arms, trailer hitches, wheels, plastic trim, etc.) to improve the appearance.
Clean engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents to remove grease and grime.
Drive vehicle back to the appropriate area when it is completed and notify the supervisor.
Keep your clothes, shoes and hands clean so that vehicles are not soiled. Do not carry drinks or food in vehicles. Do not smoke on premises nor in vehicles.
Check-in vehicles from transport carriers and park them in staging areas on premises. Report transportation claims to the supervisor immediately.

We are looking for an initiative-taking draftsperson who can work alongside a number of specialists at our company. The drafter will form part of a multidisciplinary engineering team and should be comfortable working at an adjustable table as well as a computer terminal. You will usually work at our offices but will at times need to fulfill travel requirements and work on-site.
To be successful as a drafter, you should stay up to date with new drafting software and advancements, in particular Solid Works or Advance Steel. An exceptional drafter will demonstrate impeccable diligence and have sound knowledge of the discipline they draft for.
Draftsperson Responsibilities:
Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems and Solid works Hardware.
Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
Have experience in Miscellaneous Steel Fabrication.
Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
Draftsperson Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in engineering or architecture.
A degree from a technical college is also acceptable.
Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
Ability to draw manually favorable, but not essential.
Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.

Job Description
* 1,000 Sign on bonus*
($500 paid out after 30 days of employment, $500 paid out after 90 days of employment)
Job Responsibilities:
* Clean out and de-trash interior of vehicles by removing any debris and trash from ashtrays, console, dashboard, door panels, seats, etc., as well as trunk and engine compartment.
* Remove license plates and stickers, as well as any writing from windows, except pertinent to Auction business. Disassemble spare tires in trunk.
* Wash vehicles using a high-pressure washer or automatic car wash equipment. Apply chemicals, power-wash the engine compartment and clean battery terminals.
* Clean doorjambs, sills, interior panels, wheels, tires, hub caps/wheel covers, wheel wells, moldings, bumpers, head- and taillights, spare tire, exterior panels, trunk, hood, and interior and exterior windows. Detail vehicles by cleaning and dressing trim, molding, weather stripping, instrument panel, steering wheel, dash molding, etc. with detail brushes.
* Buff vehicles by applying dressing to engine compartment, wheels, wheel wells and tires, vinyl tops, etc. Apply compound, cleaner and/or polish to vehicles interior, and buff out using a rotary buffer (or by hand as necessary). Wax and buff exterior and all painted surfaces of vehicles using a hand-type buffer.
* Vacuum interior, scrub, shampoo and spot clean carpet and upholstery. Straighten seatbelts.
* Clean glove box making sure that warranty booklet, owner's manual and other manufacturer issued information is returned.
* Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
* Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, including driving vehicle into building and to proper clean car staging area, occasional sale day driving.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED preferred.
* Generally, less than 2 years' experience in a related field
* Previous experience in detail shop or buffing experience helpful.
* Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
* Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
* Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
* Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.
* Medium strength: ability to lift 1-30 pounds (light hand tools, etc.).
* Manual dexterity, repetitive motion tasks.
* Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
* Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions.
Occasional exposure to outdoor weather, moving mechanical parts, electrical shock hazard and toxic or caustic chemicals.
