Lift truck operator experience required. Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment. JOB SUMMARY: A Process Operator is an integral part of the production team performing functions to create safe, quality products for Tidal Vision. The position is responsible for retrieving, weighing, handling and mixing chemical ingredients, monitoring equipment during the chemical process, repairing machinery if problems arise, accurately recording information about equipment, process, quality and inventory control while assisting in the planning and improvement of processes or products. Duties may also include loading and unloading trucks and managing warehouse inventory on an as needed basis. Duties also include conducting QA/QC testing and documenting results. Prepare material to load into furnaces, including cleaning, crushing, or sorting, bricking, by using crushing machines, briquetting machines, shovels etc. Controlling Machines and Processes. Operating Vehicles, Mechanized Devices, Heavy Machinery and/or Equipment. Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates at times working in confined spaces. Using equipment such as hand tools, industrial metal furnaces, tow motors, blasters and overhead cranes. Comfortable wearing FULL RESPIRATORY SAFETY EQUIPMENT. Standing and bending for long periods of time. Indoor and outdoor climate conditions during all seasons and in varying temperatures. Working with a team as well as independently. Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials during your shift.
