JOB OVERVIEW
MartinFed has opening for a Software Engineer SME to support software maintenance and Department of Defense (DoD) systems across a variety of mission-critical environments. In this role you will provide technical expertise in software maintenance, testing and evaluation, documentation, information assurance, requirements management, and systems engineering disciplines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide functional and technical subject matter expertise
Support systems and operational requirements development and analysis
Perform data analysis related to personnel and manpower systems, data flows, and interfaces
Support test and evaluation activities to ensure system functionality and performance
Develop and deliver training support for system users and stakeholders
Provide guidance on DoD systems, data flows, interfaces, and underlying data structures
Collaborate with government and contractor teams to support mission objectives
Serve as a technical advisor and recognized expert to leadership and stakeholders
Technical training in functional and/or technical support
Fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience

Stay in continuous communication with software team in Austin to ensure product development is tracking EOL requirements
Qualifications
