Responsibilities include: - Initiate, define, plan and manage the roll out of the product features and enhancements for the next generation of AMZL Delivery Stations. - Work closely with a partner teams in Engineering, Tech and Operations to build impactful products - Identify new programs to onboard and integrate. - Lead execution of the product with high-level of discipline and engagement with the product development teams. - Present concepts, designs, program updates and roadmap to senior leadership on a frequent basis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Hold partner teams accountable for delivery of project roadmap. Own a part of the vision of the next generation DS roadmap, including execution. Meet defined milestones and delivery dates. - Drive a culture of innovation across the AMZL Strategic Planning and Process Engineering Org. - 30% travel based on business needs Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field - 6+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience - 5+ years of manufacturing equipment development experience - Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives - Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.) Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field - Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment - Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing - Experience using MS Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint - Experience designing complex systems for automation in logistics or manufacturing, or experience with product development in automotive, aerospace, automation equipment or related field - Experience in leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $107,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,900/year in our highest geographic market.
