Qualifications 15+ years of software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering experience, with a deep focus on DevSecOps, CI/CD, deployment automation, platform engineering, and release engineering. Expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Helm). Deep experience with high-scale CI/CD platforms, including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps pipelines. Strong understanding of Deployment Control Gates and Policy as Code with Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Rego to enforce deployment policies. Platform Engineering expertise with experience designing self-service platforms, developer portals, and infrastructure automation.
