Skills & Qualifications * Expert C++ (modern C++17/20) with STL/Boost and multithreading; strong debugging and performance tuning skills. * HLA (Evolved) experience, including FOM/SOM design and integration with a commercial RTI (e.g., Pitch, VT MAK). * DIS experience (entity/weapon/sensor PDUs; exercise management; dead reckoning). * Proven MS&T industry experience (simulation/training systems used in defense contexts). * Hands on with networked real time systems on Windows and/or Linux; UDP/TCP/IP multicast; Wireshark or equivalent tooling. * Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
