This Millwright role is responsible for assembling and/or repairing equipment and machinery for the John H. Carter Co., Inc. / ControlWorx, LLC (JHC/CWX) Process Pumps & Equipment business unit. This work may include assembling, removing, repairing, transferring and installing typical petrochemical rotating equipment and machinery, including pumps, blowers, agitators, compressors, etc. Millwright activities may take place in the Geismar equipment repair facility and/or at customer sites, mostly within 100 miles. The incumbent should strive to completely understand the needs and overall goals of both the PPE equipment repair facility and the customer. To be successful, the incumbent must interact and make a personal connection with both internal and external personnel to complete the millwright tasks and deliver quality services.
