This position provides strategic leadership and direction to Midland's Quality organization by driving the management of the organization's quality management systems and programs related to the inspection, sampling, testing, and packaging of manufactured parts and finished products for highly regulated products. The Quality Manager supports, directs, and provides guidance to all quality and regulatory activities, trials, and existing product modifications. Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and comply with regulatory requirements. ・Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing locks, assembling furniture, or troubleshooting simple equipment issues. ・Recommend maintenance improvements, facility upgrades, and design modifications as needed. ・Assist with planning, bidding, and scheduling vendors for facilities installations and repairs. ・Submit work orders and contracts to legal, finance and relevant teams for review and approval. ・Conduct and document annual building, fire and safety inspections, working with building management, vendors, city officials and local fire departments. ・Verify completion and quality of work before signing off and submit invoices to AP for payment. ・Maintain accurate facility records, including invoices, service logs, and inspection reports. ・Provide on-site support for special projects, office moves, or workplace setups as needed. ・Perform other facility-related tasks as assigned. This role is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and optimization of internal business systems that support key functions such as billing, subscription services, and customer support. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities Own the product lifecycle for internal business systems, from discovery through delivery and iteration. Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into technical specifications. Develop and maintain product documentation including epics, user stories, data flows, API interactions, and UI/UX requirements. Prioritize and manage the product backlog in alignment with strategic goals. Analyze product feedback to identify defects, enhancement opportunities, and areas for innovation.
